As part of the Farmhouse on the Knoll, the restoration of this existing pond was a massive undertaking to drain, recontour, and clean.  Due to its size, this pond is at the cusp of being classified as a lake—and now boasts clear water, a 100 ft concrete dock with floating dock extension, and unparalleled beauty.
